1.  Services

Enriched Coaching provides coaching services designed to support personal and/or professional development. These services may include 1:1 coaching, group coaching, digital programs, and/or educational content.

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment.

2.  No Medical Advice

Although services may be provided by a licensed nurse, coaching services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

You should consult your healthcare provider for medical concerns.

3.  Client Responsibility

By engaging in services, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions
• Results are not guaranteed
• Success depends on your participation, effort, and implementation

4.  Payment Terms

• Payment is required prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed
• Payment plans must be completed in full
• Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of services

5.  Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Enriched Coaching LLC and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

6.  Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will keep your information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

7.  Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

• There is inappropriate behavior
• Payment obligations are not met
• The coaching relationship is no longer productive
