What I loved most about working with my nurse coach was getting to be around her personality each session coupled with the positive benefits the coaching has brought into my life! Rheagan brought warmth, wisdom, guidance, immense professionalism, structure, patterns, and routines to the sessions. I loved how she facilitated growth by starting sessions with a mindfulness moment of breath work, giving space for me to state my goal and providing space for me to work on what felt pressing each session! I made immense growth toward my goals!

My biggest win when working with my nurse coach was

My biggest win when working with my nurse coach was reaching my goal. I had the goal to believe my intuition and from there, show that in my actions. I started out simple with little things like believing myself when a bitter pickled carrot touched my lips and instead of trying to convince myself that it tasted palatable, just believing that I didn’t like it, giving myself permission to accept that feeling, and throwing that culinary experiment away. Later in our sessions believing myself was deepened when talking with my coach about a 21 year friendship with a best friend, a chosen sister, that had turned sour and left a confusion in my mind, but not in my intuition. While I felt deeply that I did not want to pursue the relationship anymore my mind raged against the boundary wondering “what if” and demanding answers as to why I felt that way. I would judge the answers and find them wanting just to be left still with the unshakeable feeling that I didn’t want to pursue the relationship. Rheagan listened, facilitated me sitting with myself, my feelings, my thoughts, my history, and curated an environment full of permissions: permission to hear myself, permission to believe myself, and permission to quietly reflect on what comes from self-betrayal. After that session, I made myself less accessible in that relationship and the mental confusion has been replaced with intuitive self-assurance. I had found an area of my life where I had been playing small and malleable and stepped back into a sphere of authenticity. I don’t need to fully understand a situation to step toward the next right choice for me.

  • I’m going on a solo trip to a country I’ve always dreamed of visiting because I’m listening to myself that I want to go! Trusting your own feelings might sound silly and second-nature to some, but for others, it’s the next step in leading a whole life.
  • Believing myself took a step deeper with physical partner intimacy. Rheagan helped me to easily lean into what my intuition was telling me and for believing it to be the most common sense choice in the world

I would recommend Nurse Life Coaching because

I would recommend Nurse Life Coaching because in all of the therapy modalities I’ve tried nothing has brought me such precision and effectiveness toward a personal goal as Nurse Life Coaching! The goal oriented sessions and the way my coach facilitated the sessions has improved my day-to-day quality of life. I’m so thankful.

I had the pleasure of working with Rheagan over the course of her pro bono coaching sessions the last few months, and I truly value the experience. From the very beginning, she created a comfortable and supportive environment that made it easy for me to open up and share personal feelings and life experiences. Her approachable and nonjudgmental style allowed me to feel heard and understood, which made our sessions both meaningful and impactful.

One of the aspects I appreciated most was her ability to offer fresh perspectives. Speaking with someone outside of my usual circle of friends was incredibly helpful, as it brought new insights that I might not have otherwise considered. While friends often naturally agree with you, she encouraged me to explore different angles and think more deeply about my situations. Her thoughtful follow-up questions helped me reflect more intentionally and dig beneath the surface to better understand my thoughts and emotions.

Additionally, Rheagan demonstrated a strong sense of professionalism and care in guiding me toward the best resources for my needs. Through our conversations, she helped me recognize that I could benefit from working with a therapist for more ongoing, long-term support, while also addressing my immediate goals during our sessions. I truly appreciated her honest, supportive guidance and meaningful approach. I believe in the value of her coaching and would confidently recommend her to others who are seeking thoughtful, insightful support in their personal growth journey.

My biggest insight that happened as a result of our coaching sessions was
Realization that my health should take priority over many of factors not necessarily under my control and further understanding that I cannot pour into others if I am not healthy. Remaining healthy is dependent on reducing stress which may mean allowing myself opportunities to find solace with friends or time alone.
